Year 3, Winter is Coming!

Hi! I hope you enjoy following along on our permaculture orchard adventure.  We'll be documenting our progress through this blog over the next year.  Year 2 trees have been planted and are experiencing their first winter.  We're not going to plant any trees Year 3.  Instead, we're going to focus on improving the 4 rows we planted in years 1 & 2 and getting some bigger permaculture projects done.  You can follow along on the blog as we get organzied and continue to practice the permaculture techniques we've been learning.
